What Other Treatments Are Available for Thyroid Levels?

I take Tirosint and Cytomel to help with my thyroid! The combination of the 2 has really helped me

I had to get off the synthetic because it wasn't helping me any. I spent a year with my levels being 100+. I scared the doctors and they switched me to Levothyroxine instead of Synthroid. Maybe ask the doctor about the non synthetic version. Sadly I haven't found anything outside of actual prescription meds that will help. I haven't had a thyroid in 6 years.

Hi. Are you taking a synthetic or name brand? My numbers get crazy if I take synthetic bc my body doesn't like the fillers.
