Dealing with the urge of pills

Well it depends on if you have been diagnosed correctly. If you aren’t and you are put on the wrong medication it can cause problems. I was misdiagnosed with Bipolar disorder type two and put on Seroqual 800 mg at night . I took it for more than 20 years and was so depressed that I finally decided to come off of it and as soon as I did the depression went away and I have no symptoms of bipolar disorder. The wrong chemical in your brain can cause you to have a disorder that you never had in the first place. I still have social anxiety but that has to do with the way I was treated by my father and ex husband in public. I would love to talk more if I can help, sometimes just talking to someone can help.
