Knowing it won’t be like this forever. Eventually my doctor will figure out my meds, scientists will figure out some treatments, happiness will come. If you truly are feeling hopeless, always ask for help. Ask friends or family or doctors or therapists. Anyone will be willing to try to help you see the purpose of living. You are an important part of the world and we need you here. Nobody deserves to feel so hopeless, and I understand your pain (literally). Sometimes I just sob because of all the pain. But someday it’ll get better. And for now, I can take a bath, do some stretches, take Tylenol and cbd gummies and rest. I hope you find happiness in life and feel free to reach out if you need to. I am always willing to listen and empathize/ sympathize.

Man. I feel you so hard on this. A lot of the time I feel the same unfortunately some things that have helped me feel less inflamed has been eating animal based diet (milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, cheeses, sour cream, eggs) / sourdough bread (fermentation makes it digestible) lots of animal fats. Basically don’t eat vegetables for now but I’ve been doing well eating this way. Beef organs by ancestral supplements- and I also love their gallbladder supplement. Organic Olivia liver juice is a life saver, microbiome labs spore based probiotic is UHmazing and I’ve been trying to journal, meditate and do more stretching and yoga.

Honestly- adjusting my medicine has helped Me a lot. It lessened the nausea- Of course it’s never gone but I’ll have a few hours without it a day which is when I take time to see friends and enjoy my time. You deserve a good quality of life- see if there’s any doctors or maybe natural supplements that can help. Cbd oil has been a blessing

I work hard with self care and finding things I like to do even in pain. I have to believe that every doctor I see and change I make will provide a better future for me. I make myself try to enjoy little things to distract from the pain. Even if that’s an ongoing movie marathon to comfort myself. I journal about how much it sucks and that I’m angry and tired of it which helps. I also have a support person who doesn’t understand really what I’m going through but I can call to laugh with and distract me.
