I don't know how to be kind to myself, basically as soon as I was born I was abused... in many ways and didn't stop til I was 18, is it right for me to still be this depressed and anxious? I've been fighting for a normal life for as long as I can remember but seems I always mess up and.... I start freaking out super bad

@Xyah I need it but therapy kinda screwed me up too, it's not fun having 8 of them in 2 years

totally normal for you to still feel that way for struggling with mental health for that. You're still trying to heal, wanting to have a "normal" life for such a long time takes a toll on your brain and body as well. I wish you the best in your journey, you can do this !! ♡

🙏 🙏 🙏 I’ve had to deal with certain types of abuse myself and I don’t have a counseling outlet. Right now, my husband and are reading a book called Boundaries Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend. If you are Christian or just looking for something to help yourself with. It’s an idea. Just suggesting not pushing.

It's perfectly alright for you to still be anxious. It sounds like you're still healing from the abuse you endured, And you'll feel the effects of it for a while. I wish you the best with coping and possibly getting help☹️💕‼️
