      @Beaner.com I totally understand that. There comes a point where there’s just too many factors and you’re doing OK but not necessarily good, but you’re scared if you mess with anything you’ll go downhill again.

      My psych put me on it about 2 years ago and I've just recently upped my doses. I take mine for anxiety and I also have been taking it more.

      I have been in it for a little over 2 years and it hasn't helped much. I'm just scared to mess with the medications.

      Oh nooo. I used to have terrible panick attacks and Paxil (paroxetine) helped 🙏

      I am on Buspirone too. 30mg three times a day. It helps for a little bit. But my anxiety is so bad that I can't tell sometimes that I even took it.
