Hi! I'm looking for suggestions or experiences on elbow/forearm crutches. I've used a cane in the past when I have a flare up but it's not enough anymore. My hips are constantly in the wrong position so one leg is longer than the other. I love walking and it seems to help me - but I need a better tool to support my wonky hips.

I love my crutches. I have some that can fold in the middle which is handy. I got them on Amazon. It’s such good support but you’ll want to get some cushion to put on the handle probably. Other than that their great

My daughter has a pair of Smart Crutches like Natalie88 mentioned. She uses them on days that her leg joints are particularly troublesome or when she's going to be walking more than usual to keep from wearing out so quickly. She likes that she can use both crutches or just one, depending on her need at the time. I'm amazed at how comfortable they are for her since her shoulders are particularly problematic joints for her. The Smart Crutches distribute the pressure across her forearms and are very stabilizing. It was money very well spent.

Canadian crutches/forearm crutches work okay. I had surgery on my right foot a couple years ago. I seemed to lean towards using a regular walker with a seat. Just because I am very weak in my upper body

My parents got me a set of Smart Crutches, and they are zebra print!! I’ve not used them out yet, but I know they’ll be helpful when I do need them!
