idk what to do when im in need of a friend or someone to talk to after something bad happens but i also dont wanna bother anyone then overwhelm them by telling them why im upset. i just need a 24/7 type of friend or something like one of my stuffed animals gets all my tears and boogers and is my only real friend and i can't talk to, my boyfriend is busy alot or im one who tends to hold in my emotions n whats upsetting me so he wont hear it from me all the time. i dont have a therapist and dont wanna start all over with that shit.

      I know how you feel. I actually broke down last year and had to take time off work to help me. I see a psychiatrist once every two months and believe me it helped. I also journal and that helps. I am will to be here for you if you need to vent
