I am 22 F just diagnosed and can't get into a dermatologist until November 18th. Are there any home treatment/ over the counter things that you found success with?

      @amazingsuperh i also got a blood test and take supplements on things im deficient in (vitamin D & b12)

      going through the same thing too (22F) , try a different dermatologist maybe. also look into AIP diet and managing your stress levels (i get massages mostly every week). self care is most important during these times <3 also try oil massages before hair wash days and dermaroller. hope this helps ❤️

      You can try different hair growth products but if you have A. Then it’s just a waste of your money and energy

      Alopecia being an autoimmune disorder there isn’t really anything. Over the counter you can do
