The easiest way for me, and I hope you don’t mind my bluntness, is when I get super duper horny is usually 5-3 days before I ovulate. Then my libido drops the day after I ovulate then kicks back up 2 days before I start bleeding. I also use the app Flo to track my cycle so that gives me a better idea of what’s happening.
