hi, I need advice badly. I've been struggling with atypical anorexia for several years now, but it's only amped up in the past 6/7 months. I've lost too much weight, and need to gain it back, but I can only eat tiny portions because I get really nauseous super easily. I'm panicking inside because I don't want to live like this, but I don't know how to stop it. I drink a Boost on really bad days, but now it's to the point I can only drink half of one. I really need advice. I don't know what to do.

Eating small portions is better than none. Im proud of you. I would start off eating those small portions, just more times a day since they are so small. Thats what i had to do too. I think its also important to pay attention to what your body is telling you, even if its not exactly hunger. Body super tired for no reason? maybe its time to eat. randomly lightheaded? maybe its time to eat. I believe in you. I know its hard, but you can do it. Its worth it to recover.
I understand this unfortunately. It’s agonizing, I’ve been struggling with this very same thing for ages. But honest to god, finding comfort foods has seemed to save my life. I don’t particularly worry about eating multiple meals, I instead eat small snacks throughout the day, and try to keep said snacks close by. Goldfish, cheese bits, peanuts, oreos, little kinds of snacks. It’s not the healthiest thing in the world, but it is far better than refusing to eat anything. Different comfort foods too - bigger ones - ramen, mac n cheese, chinese food. It’s so much better than nothing, and honestly makes me feel better at the end of the day. take it slowly, little things one by one. Having a friend who understands and can help you through it can be a good help too. I’m here if you ever need anything, shoot a dm and I’ll probably respond near instantly tbh
