Hi, my pain is awful to say the least. I've tried every single type of OTC pain medications and they dont work for my pains. I'm on the depo shot yet I've still got well over 2 week long periods...my longest one so far is 3 weeks and currently going. Idk what to do anymore.

So sorry to hear about your pain! You are not alone, I had such long and painful periods until I decided to try the IUD Skyla (It releases progestin). It definitely made my period shorter and less painful.

Depo wrecked my body. I’m so sorry you are struggling. Here if you need to vent 💕

Im sorry you are in such pain! In the past I tried accupunture. It didn't resolve the pain but it definitely helped in addition to the medication. Hope you'll feel better🙏
Have you ever tried a TENS unit? That might be helpful. Otherwise, there are prescription medications you can ask your doctor about that might help. I find that muscle relaxers help when I'm feeling crampy. I am also on gabapentin for my fibro and it helps my endo pain as well. Just something to consider. 😊
For me it’s like the right combo and not the one magic thing. Heat pads and midol work amazing and a hot bath and a strong pressure on my hips.
I blame my dad for my natural tolerances he has the exact same problem with otc pain meds lol
I feel ur pain I have migraines and ibuprofen doesn't touch it
That's the issue though pain meds have never worked for me. For even just a simple headache I have to take well over the daily limit of the otc pain med.
I drink healthy cycle tea and keep a heat pad on me Tylenol and ibuprofen work great I recommend talking to ur doctor about the pain and see if they can prescribe something
