does anyone else have just about literal balls of phlegm in their throat, nose, and chest? if so what did you do to help break them down?

@Sooo19 thank you so much!! I will have to talk to my dad. The only issue is we have a pretty strict budget but we will see what we can do!!

Change of diet, the body always wants to heal but if we eat constantly damaging chemicals and synthetic foods that we all grew up eating thinking it was OK it puts the body into a state of dis-ease so excess mucus is expected and other bad experiences we aren’t meant to have happen. I used this yuca app it has a scanner you can scan foods you eat it will tell you what’s in it and if it’s too salty, caloric etc . I also drink a glass of suja the green goodness one the one with ginger in it well it cut down my mucus like crazy. I think it’s the ginger and other healthy stuff I definitely won’t eat unless it’s in a juice form. You can find the juice at Whole Foods or if you don’t have one Walmart, by the herbs buy a tube of ginger add about two tablespoons to the entire bottle. Drink 6oz first thing in the morning. Do it for a week at least then see your results.

I did, but I just spit them out. I hope you find relief. Make sure it's not COVID.
