Found my best friend deceased a few weeks ago. Refuse to turn to drugs and alcohol like I would've in the past. Trying to move forward in a healthy way. feeling somewhat stuck but don't want to be.

My advice, try getting back into life by doing something new, maybe exploring new places, trying new things, change your wardrobe, hairstyle or anything like that
