Welcome! I manage my anxiety by first being aware of it. I make a point of noticing when my anxiety goes up and down, as well as why. When my anxiety goes up, I remove myself from the stressful situation if I can. If I can't, I focus on breathing slowly and slowing my thoughts. I also do things every day that don't manage anxiety in the moment, but help it be lower. I do yoga for ten minutes every morning. I try to go to bed at a decent time. I don't look at screens am hot before bed so I can properly wind down. I go outside to get some fresh air at least once. I don't always stay outside for very long - sometimes just for a few minutes - but going outside and looking around really helps me. It helps me get out of my head for a few minutes.
