I'm in a weird mood and I don't know what's up with me. I do and don't want to do stuff like for hexample, I do and don't want to pick up my meds or I do and don't want to clean the house. Even more fun things like I do and don't want to read or do and don't want to draw.

@HocusFocus it can be really hard seeing people live life at a faster pace than you can but your lives don't have to go at the same pace bc most likely you're not even heading in the same direction. Just bc someone does something faster doesn't mean it's better. As for advice for the executive dysfunction I recommend breaking things into smaller chunks. Either just do something for 5 minutes or break the task up into smaller tasks (eg cleaning the room can be pickup clothes, take out cups, put away clothes etc) if you start off small it becomes easier to start the next step and continue but if you still can't it's okay to rest and take your time. Life isn't a race with a destination at the end. Life is about how you get there and what you see and do along the way. And I know that's cheesy af but sometimes cheesy is true.

Yeah that sound like executive dysfunction and its a major part of depression. It's hard to find the motivation to do anything even the stuff you really want to do

@TJisTired right now I feel like everyone is moving on with their lives and leaving me behind. I have that depression part you mentioned a lot
