EDS Flare and Mental Symptoms

All the time, my worst symptom is fatigue and usually with that comes super bad brain fog. I have had people ask me fairly simple questions at work and I just wind up getting very confused

I get it when my arteries get stretched to the point of decreased blood flow. It also happens with smaller veins. I also have Renaud syndrome

brain fog isn't unheard of with EDS, but it's much more common in its frequent comorbidities like fibromyalgia or intestinal problems. is it possible you have another condition that could be causing brain fog? some medications can do it too
