Struggling with Pain While Moving to a New Home

So we found a house last week. Mom and I signed for it. Its a beautiful house, nothing fancy but a cute little home. So we are in full packing mode. For some odd reason everyone picked my room to pack first, maybe because I am the diyer/crafter? I, in the beginning told them to let me go at my pace because if not I will run down quicker. Two days later, here we are! Me in bed my knee swelled and painful, (I have had 1 meniscus surgery go Tues to see if the other needs it and if the first needs a partial knee replacement?), back (at my fusion site) aching, a migraine, my neck hurting from arthritis in my t5-t4-t3. Everyone looks so disappointed at me and I want to cry.
