I take orilissa, and deal with hot and cold flashes all day as a side effect! how do you deal with this on the go or out shopping? because I've been struggling with this and I'm not sure what to do anymore! it's either this or have a severe period which leads to me trying to commit suicide everytime I have a flow and that just isn't ok! help?

My doctor did add back therapy where he gave me a really low dose birth control pill and that helped for a while but I didn’t want to be on another pill so I asked for another solution. We decided that instead of taking the highest dose twice a day I would only take it once a day and my endo symptoms are pretty well managed, I’ve been able to be on Orilissa longer than suggested with dexa scans to check my bone density, and I don’t have the hot flashes anymore throughout the day. I will say though that I do still run a little warmer some nights, but it’s not a hot flash like it was and it’s tolerable.
