I'm experiencing a lot of anxiety today so much it Is making my heart race and making me very dizzy any ideas on natural ways to calm my mind

      Also try finding a NAET Acupuncture doctor they help with anxiety. My anxiety has been easy to manage.

      Doing something physical, like yoga or walking, helps me because it takes my mind off of what’s giving me anxiety and the movement gives endorphins

      I have to also recommend chewing gum I know that's a little strange but for someone who deals with this on the daily it actually kinda helps! Also taking a walk at the pace of the anxiety if it's just a little a slow walk it fits a lot a brisk walk just thought I would post this if there is someone out there that might need to see it.

        @Janellie true that love me some K-Love! Sometimes when I get so overwhelmed with it I can not think straight I go into panic mode and forget all the coping mechanisms I know an have tried in the past thanks for the reminder!
