So...looking to see if this can help. Started this journey 2020...been on medication ever since. Been pretty stable since then. I think I am now starting a downward slide. With it being the 1st one since diagnosis and medication, it scares me. I have no idea what to expect. And that only adds to the anxiety. Does anyone have any words of wisdom??!!
