Talk to a doctor. I get these. If you eat too resolve the feeling make sure it has protein. I kid you not it helps!

I’d agree with Ley, have a full blood panel done that looks at your vitamin levels, amino and fat profiles as well as some others mentioned potential diabetic parameters. Would be a good start and should give you some valuable insight into how your body is functioning.

Have a full blood work up. I had a lot of the same problems and my vitamin d level was 8 when it should’ve been in like the 40s. However even at the right levels none of my symptoms ever improved.

You sure it's not long-COVID? You mentioned a cold, so maybe that was COVID. You need to tell the doctor your symptoms and if they don't take you seriously, you need to see a pain management physician. Good luck to you and look up Don't Punish Pain Rally.

But...with living with type 2 diabetes for 25 years so get an A1C test of 3 month glucose and fasting glucose.

Sounds like fibromyalgia to me, but I’m not a doctor and also do not play one on tv. I hope you get some answers.

I was thinking Fibro immediately. There are medical treatments for that plus use talk therapy as well.

Happy Belated Birthday Gracie!! I don't know where you live but your symptoms could be the results of several things. Firstly, you need to see a doctor and get blood work done.

Grace, Happy belated Birthday! Regarding what you describe, the mental state can significantly affect your physical condition. It may be worth seeing a therapist who can help you process the feelings and anxieties you describe. I'm sure everything will work out for the best :)

Hey Grace, first of all let me just say that I wish you a happy birthday and all of the best. What you’re describing sounds like you should really get a thorough examination by a doctor. I think that also seeing a therapist in addition, can’t be a bad idea. During this pandemic we’re all in an anxious time, which can sometimes affect us physically. Please keep us posted!

I just need to stay away from Google LOL. I'm trying to relax and stretch but my mind just won't stop

@Angie I have like a whole list in my phone and diabetes is one of them... and I feel like I have diabetes 😭 but my mom called and they said that my sugar was fine but I was like nah... Because dont you have to fast before you check for diabetes. I REALLY want to do a actually test.

Hi grace, on your doctor’s appointment I would also ask maybe for a urine test since I had some of these symptoms when I was first diagnosed as a diabetic

Hey Grace, hope you’re better today. It sounds like you are really worried and I think what could help you is a good and thorough medical counseling. You described many symptoms that could be caused by either different things or maybe just one problem. If I were you, I think what would calm me the most is asking around for a good physician in your neighborhood and go talk to them and get checked. In the meantime you could try maybe some calming techniques such as meditation and mindfulness. Good luck💪🏻

I get what you mean. Work caused physical trama and I got an injury at work on top of that and luckily I quit before symptoms started getting really bad. Luckily aspirin has been helping me out.

@giggles6 oh WOW! a month or two before my symptoms I was sick I had a cold, honestly my mom thinks I had covid because thats when corona was starting but I don't think I had covid because I was sick for that long and nobody else in my family got sick. I think it was just a cold.

According to Google: "Symptoms of fibromyalgia may appear suddenly after an illness, physical trama, or significant psychological stress. In some people, however, fibromyalgia symptoms appear gradually, and a specific event is not believed to trigger pain and fatigue."

@giggles6 Can this come on suddenly? I started feeling ill out of nowhere.

Hello! I'm not a doctor, but I've been looking into this because I feel that I could have it myself, because my grandma has it too, but it sounds like fibromyalgia. It basically makes it so you're in pain at certain points of your body and the mind can develop depression, anxiety, mind fog, etc. Again, take this with a grain of salt, and please research into it, and please go to a professional asap to tell them your symptoms.
