Ok so I have health anxiety...I had been having headaches for almost a week in the back of my head, and neck..before Covid I was going to chiropractor regularly. I hadn't been for an adjustment in a year and a half...I went 2 days ago, headaches aren't as bad but the hypochondriac that I am started looking up headaches after chiropractor...he told me I would be very sore, since it had been a long time. My search led me to aortic dissection and brain tumor..good lord that got me going...I have taken ibuprofen and Tylenol not at the same time and the pain ALWAYS responds great to the medication...I HATE worrying about everything!

I bet the headaches are stemming from all the stress and anxiety. Your body really carries the weight of it all in specific spots. I notice my back and neck and head all start hurting more the more stress I’m dealing with. Especially if my sleep is effected too.

❤️😥 I'm the same way. Every little head ache. Or different feeling. It's the worse. Hang in there
