Mixed Episodes on Abilify and Lamictal - Need Advice

I'm on both abilify and lamictal and it has really helped keep me stable, however, it isn't for everyone. So if you don't notice anything changing, I'd definitely recommend talking to a doctor about it.

I take both, lamical didn't do anything but they still want me on it. Then the ability is what has made my bipolar livable. I still have small episodes, but they were manageable. It took a decent does it felt like though
