      @HUDAT hey, just saw this. Can i ask you a specific question about concerta. Before you take your meds in the morning. What do you feel physically. I mean mentally to, but physically. I always soon realize i forgot to take mine when my body feels jerky, unnatural, and just all around UNCOMFY. idk if you get that too. ALSO, you said you have been on them for sometime now, is it hard to feel awake before you take them. Almost like you cant stay awake, like you could literally go back to sleep. Snd trust me, it is definitely related for me. I just wanted to see if anyone else feels like that. Because idk how to fix it

      Concerta is an extended release form of methylphenidate. it gets released slowly over a long period of time for about 11 hours. Ritalin is a short acting form that lasts for about 5 hours.

        @Jess_Fey Hi Jess, I’ve been taking both Concerta and Ritalin for some time now. (1) Concerta in AM, then (1) Ritalin in PM. This seems to be working well for me.
