Being stuck in a situation where you feel so torn between doing what's best for yourself and what's best for someone else because you feel bad for doing what's best for you has to be on of the absolute worst feelings. No one gave me a pamphlet on what to do in these situations, and it's a huge struggle, man. And it feels like I'm alone. I generally don't post emotional stuff on here, but I feel like I'm being selfish when I'm just standing up for myself. I have never felt so defeated, and it's one of the only times I feel like I won't be able to make it out. I just want to disappear. I want to done. I want it all to go away. Just talking about my situation is so draining that I pass out for multiple hours after. That's only happened during trauma therapy sessions where they took so much out of me that I just could not stay awake. I want to scream.

I feel the same way I always do this, I should be focused on myself but I always obsess over my husband and my kids. I tend to overthink alot too which is not good. I've needed to get things done for myself for a while now but everytime I start to plan that I am putting my husband in front of me. I feel bad only because of I quit putting him in front of me I'd probably be feeling better now but here I am in the same situation I've been in for months. I hope u know that you are not alone. I'm right there with you. It will be ok we will get through it.
