    For most people it's it's combination of medication and pacing yourself using a system like spoons. Personally I use Gabapentin, Acetaminophen, Naproxen Sodium, and having Tramadol available for bad days.

    Tramadol hasn't helped neither has acetaminophen , it's hard bc even physical therapy is getting difficult

    I had to get off Lryica. It made my tongue swell. I was constantly running into things. And it didn't do anything for my systoms..
