Being suicidal is often presented as a short-term thing, but I've struggled with suicidal thoughts since I was 5 years old. Do any of you have tips with dealing with chronic suicidality?

For me I normally get my mind off the world by going out and spending time for myself, wether it be something as simple as going to get a favorite food or a drink, just a full day to yourself and so, I used to go outside and look at the stars for a while too, just thinking about what to do or where I'd wanna go in my life, even if it leads to a thought loop of death, your giving yourself time to think about it and break the loop, and eventually get better with handling them

Not many people can say that they thought of suicide at such a young age. Not trying to be narcissistic, but I actually do know how you feel. I was 9 the first time I tried to overdose on prescription pain meds. I'm 50 now (yes, Moses was a good man... Lol). I'm not gonna offer advice here because others will. But if you just wanna talk, message me. I will give you my private cell number to call anytime you feel like talking (day or night). I am extremely open minded and non judgemental. Never give up on yourself. Prove the haters wrong!!! You are too good of a soul to stop now.
