Feeling Alone and Exhausted

Hey, you're never alone, even when it feels like it. Sometimes I feel that way too but then I remember that this is the disease talking from my throat and it's not really what I think. We have our family and friends surrounding us, we just need to know how to use them properly and ask for help.
