freaking woke up to really bad flashbacks 😖 C-PTSD 👈🏼🖕🏻. it put me in a really pissed off mood. I struggle with this because I'm usually a really happy and upbeat person. I've gone totally internal. tips on how to recalibrate my head today???

      Yeah any form of meditative activity may be helpful. I also find music helps me.
