my doc told me one of the things that comes with POTS is temperature dysregulation, so that might be why. body can’t keep itself at a normal temp LOL

  @superstellar yup, i get this a lot. ill be too hot then take off a layer and be too cold, takes a while even if im cold for my body to calm itself!
