at this point I'm so full of anxiety that all I can is react at anything no matter how hard I try not to..I woke up from a nap and literally started yelling at my boyfriend out of panic? he almost left me..I dont want my mental health to push him away.. (yes he knew I was already having anxiety and asked me to send him tips and tricks to help me with it but it felt like he brushed it all off. my anxiety has been to the moon the past few weeks)

At that point is when I finally gave in to using medication to help. If you get to a point where it’s just nonstop and feeling out of your control completely with no progress being made then it is a good place to start exploring. Having a therapist with that will be useful as well
