I rlly wish I knew, the only things that partially help me is taking Tylenol before bed (and/or smoking cannabis) and sleeping with a pillow supporting my lower back. They only help sometimes which is unfortunate and they only relieve so much. I really can only fall asleep when I’m super exhausted so my sleep schedule has gotten completely messed up due to chronic pain. I hope you can figure something out that works for you.
