Unbearable Chronic Pain in Elbow and Hip

I'm having unbearable pain from my elbow down to my hand and from my hip down to my toes, aching, random numbness, muscle cramps in my toes and calf and palm. assuming Lupus related, I've taken Naproxen and put tiger balm on and massaged as best I could, please please any suggestions for this pain??

      @Yuukiyun Hello! During hydroxychloroquine use did you have any eyesight or hearing problems? I haven't started yet because I am afraid of the side effects. What about if I see any side effects in eyesight and vision and stop the hydroxychloroquine will the vision turn back again or need to be cured?

      I took the same medicine but I did not see relief from them sadly they don't work for everyone

      Hydroxychloroquine is what stopped the majority of my neurological lupus symptoms, that and gabapentin are what got rid of those searing shooting pains šŸ˜„
