I'm not sure if it has anything to do with how my mental state has been, but I find myself shaking sometimes. it may be as a response to stimulation, or something different.. I have no idea, sometimes it could be caused by adrenaline or something, but other times it's seemingly out of nowhere. it persists for a little while, but stops after I have no clue what could be causing it.

I'm going through it . I am thinking its anxiety, at times near panic again.its horrible.im going to be talking to my Dr about it . I just try to sit with it until the feeling passes. How have you been doing otherwise

It really might just be a symptom of anxiety showing itself physically. The brain is constantly communicating with the rest of our bodies without us making concise decisions. If it is too distracting or starts to get physically painful I think you might want to see a doctor, but I have very bad anxiety and I shake and things a lot.
