Hello. I just joined this app because I feel like I'm running out of options. I'm tired of feeling tired all the time because I can't sleep (when I'm supposed to be sleeping). I seem to oversleep often in the daytime with frequent naps, but even then I'm always exhausted. Then the early hours of the morning come around, and even though I'm exhausted, I can't sleep. I've tried valerian, sleepytime tea that has valerian (used to work, doesn't anymore), melatonin, natural sleep aids such as ashwaghanda (let me know if I spelled that wrong lol), and chamomile tea, unsweetened. I also try non-medicine related practices, such as breathing excersizes, body scans, meditation, soundscapes, ECT. I've journaled, listened to music, read books, done word searches, it feels like nothing works. Any advice?
