learned helplessness? I just saw an article that said C-PTSD might be victims of learned helplessness as a contributing factor to depression and repeated trauma. I feel I might have this because previously id keeps fighting for my independence and autonomy in situ but with my son no longer living with me and in a group home I feel less strong and spooked by the idea of going anywhere or doing anything. how do you cope when you feel like giving up on daily activities cuz you're trying to avoid new situations and trauma I feel I don't trust any person I could potentially meet anywhere.
