#2 Have hot tea 3 times a day with 1tsp vinegar, 1 lemon juice and 1 honey. Half hour at least before meals. I lost 50lbs doing this. So our bodies are so poisoned by all this crap it can't heal itself like it should. The charcoal absorbs all the toxins and mold too. Good to drink some water after not a whole lot but it helps. The vinegar actually helps your body to absorb and process all the nutrients in your food and supplements. Most everything we have is because of inflammation in our bodies. So detoxing has to happen. I watch Eric Berg DC on YouTube. Let me know what you think and how it goes. I'm on my way to thriving now. Been 20 yrs since my brain was clear. Any ?s plz ask. I believe in you...

❤️So glad you asked... So this is all gonna sound crazy but it works. I went off 2 pain meds and Ativan with ery few withdrawals. It will work if you do this. #1 So first off all I bought activated charcoal. 1 tsp in half glass water. Blk but no taste. I was on 13 meds came off 10 in around 8 days.Take it 1 time morning and before bed. If you have to take a med do it 2 hours before or after you do the charcoal.Thats the first thing most important.
Yes so many meds have so many side affects. I feel like my life style was killing me.Average med has over 80 side effects according to Mr.Goodliving. I was on over 13 meds because of so many health issues. I didn't think I could get off my pain meds or my BP and steroids for auto immune crap. Well guess what? Yep you heard right in 2 months I've gone off everything. Without withdrawals. Crazy but true. If your interested let me know. I've lost almost 50lbs since Aug. Thank God.. Still have a bunch to go but it's a start.
