Struggling to Cook Healthy Meals for My Grandkids

I like to make a soup using roast beef base, broccoli cauliflower celery carrots potatoes any veggies really go good in the soup

They are older now thank God. Autistic 18 only wants pizza and fast food. 17 year old son wants healthy use to play hockey and Is active. 12 year old grand Is also special She wants to be a chef so she says. She loves Starbucks and Is also very picky I do have an Insta pot but for what ever reason it intimidates me. Lol. I know There Is a fight with every meal. I use to pray for them to grow up but I think It's so much harder now that they are older. They all want different stuff. I just don't want to make anything because It's always a battle.
