I'm hyper and happy and yes I do get angry about stupid people but you can't let that get in your ways

I listen to K-Love radio and write down a gratitude list. It's sometimes short and sometimes long. Breathe and talk to God or a higher power of your choice. Then I text or call someone who might need someone to check in on them. Get out of self. Hope something I suggested works for you too. There's really so much more! šŸ˜€

Try to forgive yourself. Itā€™s so so hard but Iā€™ve found that inner guilt about episodes = anger and irritability. Instead of beating down on myself for whatever I do, I try to just empty my mind and not quiet my voices. Itā€™s not going to work perfectly the first few (or many) times but itā€™s important to give yourself some grace. I also have been working on forgiving myself for past mistakes, whether they be outbursts I had while manic or states of recession while depressed. Start with that then try it in current episodes. You didnā€™t ask to be bipolar, itā€™s just how the cookie crumbles. It fucking sucks. However, we can all still make a life for ourselves by accommodating to our circumstances. Donā€™t compare your journey to others because theyā€™re not going through all the hardships you have to deal with. Forgive yourself for what you canā€™t control and instead focus on finding what works best for you. ā¤ļø wishing you the best.

Try to be grateful for today. My mother always used to remind me of better days ahead
