Introducing Myself and My Health Tracking App Experience

I got hit with several major things last Dec. congestive heart failure, diabetes, hypothyroidism, high blood pressure and cholesterol, blood clot, sepsis, UTI and so many more I can’t recall. Now I’m dealing with all of that and diabetic retinopathy and macular edema which means I’ve lost part of my eyesight. Talk about getting hit with a 2x4 - that’s what it feels like. I’m still learning to adjust to the new normal. I take meds for depression and see a therapist online weekly. It helps a lot. This has completely upended my life and I used to be an active go getter. Now I can’t work and I struggle. All I can say is hang in there. Do things to take care of yourself and know you’re not alone.

Yes I agree and I don't think I even put everything down. How are you? We have quite a few things in common 😁
