Usually I cannot tell if I am in AFib. This morning I woke up and my heart felt like a racehorse was running in there. I know what everyone means now when they talk about having episodes. It was a little scary.

@LilyUnicorn My doctor says it's better to lay there and relax instead of rushing around to find a way to record it.

It is kind of scary to wake up to that racing heart feeling and have to figure it out when your not awake yet.

And by the time you find your oximeter...the racing stops! That is what happens to me. I have an Apple watch that is supposed to record an AFib episode, but it has not done so yet.
