I was In a jet ski accident 3 years ago and went through a traumatic brain injury. Now l am dealing with all kinds of ADHD symptoms, honestly I feel like I'm losing it. I have become content with avoiding everyone and being by myself all the time. I can't complete anything, like any task. even when I try my hardest. my anxiety is so overwhelming and out of this world. depressed as hell. I find no pleasure in anything. never smile. I have become someone I have no idea who I am. I miss the old me

I've been like that my whole life! I can't even imagine being able to self motivate on a regular basis. I need my parents to remind me of almost literally everything and I'm 28! You're not alone! If it's an injury, maybe it can heal to an extent? It's definitely... rough... but you can find advice for navigating the adhd and depression world from others who have had to deal with it for longer. Different things work for different people. Some prefer writing things down physically, others digitally, but it also helps to have someone to help you remember so you're not just ignoring alarms. Hope this helps!

Treating the traumatic brain injury can be done using hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Again, it's worth looking at studies done by the Amen clinic, especially on brain blood flow in Adhd.

There have been some studies by the Amen clinic on blood flow changes from traumatic brain injures causing mental illness. It might be worth looking into!
