    Hi finn! Im jasper ^^ how have you been holding up? And what are your favorite things to do to help with your mental health?

      I've been holding up pretty well but as of recently my mental health has been deteriorating because I've been under so much stress so what i usually do to help my mental health (and this is going to sound very silly!) But i go to the thrift store and look for miniature everyday items! Like doll accessories and i put them with my collection! What about you?

        ice been making Legos I recently made a mini roadrunner ^^ mini items are so cool tho, I'm sorry your under a lot of stress tho

    Hellp Finn! I'm also new here and excited to help others while getting some help for myself! Is there any stress that you could alleviate in your life? If something that is in your control in some way is adding to it it's totally valid to tone it down or remove it. If all the stressors in your life are completely out of your control that a bit different, but I'm sure you can still find help here, it looks awesome so far.

      something that i noticed adds stress to my life a bit that isn't totally necessary is that i MUST go on a run at 12am every day without fail. And it stresses me out sometimes bc I'm busy

        I think that's a perfect example! You can still plan on going on a run every day but if it isnt working out it's ok to let it go.
