I have slowly been working on anxiety when it comes to driving. the other day I did a big thing for my self and felt like I made some progress but I don't know how to keep making strides in that direction. I was able to drive almost 30 min from home and back to go see a friend in a part of town I'd never have gone by my self and I was really proud of that. I don't know if I would have made it if not for my friend needing me
