Something that helped me stay positive was the knowledge that I’m not alone in this and finding a strong support system. It’s a tough thing to deal with, but knowing that there is always help out there is a great way to stay positive

Having bipolar on top of it I was always scared to die. And I’ve only met mine once. What I do is hang out with my friends and go out and live life (safely obvs)

I've struggled with them throughout my life but what helps me the most are things that I love to do like listening to music
