Something that has helped me when I feel like Iām stuck in a ācycleā of depression is trying to change something ā even if itās a small thing, at first, about my day to day routine. For example, going on a run instead of going to the gym. Listening to a podcast instead of music. I know it sounds really simple, but for me those changes helpā¦itās sort of like, it gets my brain out of the ārutā that itās in, and makes me think a bit differently. And sometimes thatās enough to make depression feel a little more manageable
