How does one break the cycle of depression when they have zero support or help?

šŸ˜„ not sure but if you have a doctor that listens they might be able to guide you to the right help.

Something that has helped me when I feel like Iā€™m stuck in a ā€˜cycleā€™ of depression is trying to change something ā€” even if itā€™s a small thing, at first, about my day to day routine. For example, going on a run instead of going to the gym. Listening to a podcast instead of music. I know it sounds really simple, but for me those changes helpā€¦itā€™s sort of like, it gets my brain out of the ā€˜rutā€™ that itā€™s in, and makes me think a bit differently. And sometimes thatā€™s enough to make depression feel a little more manageable
