I have COVID and I've been really struggling to not be dehydrated. I've been drinking no less than 3 waters a day and last night I had popsicles too but they only helped temporarily and I'm super nauseous from forcing so many waters. my body can't handle any more but I'm still dehydrated. any advice? I was thinking ice cubes but we don't have an ice maker.

You can slowly sip water, broth, or electrolyte drink and just let it absorb in your mouth instead of swallowing regular size drinks. It will slowly absorb sublingually, which will reduce the nausea and stomach pain associated with drinking. Part of the nausea is going to be from a build up of mucus draining to your stomach from your sinuses, so be sure to avoid dairy products. Jello is always an easy way to hydrate as well- it got me through covid last year, as i was vomiting nonstop. Peppermint is great for nausea, if you have access to that. The rule of thumb that my specialist gave me at the time was that if I'm urinating 3 times a day, I'm not in immediate danger in terms of dehydration. Hope you start feeling better soon

I agree with electrolyte drinks. If you’re having mucus problems usually some bread or crackers soaks it up in my stomach and helps. Feel better ❤️🩹
I honestly think that both the feeling of nausea and the feeling of dehydrated are symptoms.. I had covid it sucked.. Im not vaccinated and i never went to the hospital. But I felt like that.. As long as you know your getting water in your body then you KNOW your hydrated.. But Covid will try to trick into thinking your not. Covid sucks.. But I pray that you do well on recovery!!
@blufyre sadly I'm a minor. I can't really leave my bedroom. Best I could do is ask my parents to freeze some and I'll have it tomorrow
Have someone drop off a bag of ice or door dash some cups of ice from a nearby fast food place,
