What always helps me is I do the following: 1.) Create a “downtime” period before bed doing things that make me feel fulfilled or very minorly stimulated (art, calm video games, music, etc) so that I feel more complete and less anxious before going to bed. 2.) Have a fan, white noise, or really soft radio/TV playing to fall asleep to (with a really dark or black screen). 3.) Creating a routine of things that let your body know it’s time for bed (taking socks off, putting pjs on, showering). I realized I need very quiet distractions to put me to sleep. Hopefully any of this is somewhat helpful ❤️

Unisom (over the counter med) has been the only thing that's semi helped me sleep. Unfortunately melatonin and other meds like benadryl (or sleeping meds that use that same ingredient) don't do anything. Unisom helps me fall asleep but I feel super dead in the morning :/ wish I knew something better but maybe it'll be better for you!

For me personally, melatonin and 8D audio.

melatonin is the only thing that makes my brain quiet enough for me to sleep lol
