I got in a full on burn out. I took off a month from my job and worked on myself. I did therapy once a week, got self help books to write in and also books about anxiety. I pushed myself starting from something as simple as taking my dog for a walk down my block once a day then added things in from there (take her for a car ride, to dog park) bc I knew that it was making my pup happy and enviably made me happy & helped get me out of that. So what I believe is best is don’t push urself to do the biggest thing on ur list. Even if it’s starting with going outside for a 2 minute walk, it still will help you! Start with short term goals to achieve the long term one

So sorry to hear this. I'd try to use things you love to help do the things you need. Listen to your favorite songs in the shower, eat your favorite foods, stuff like this. If you are having such a hard time tou can't do favorites right now just substitute. Maybe you can't brush your teeth but you can use mouth wash. Maybe you can't shower but you use a baby wipe to freshen up. Definitely try to get mental health care it's just as important if you had the flu
