I'm coming to find that yes you can get help. You honestly deserve to get help. It's also important to try and learn everything you can relating to mental health. However society just does not change when we change. Society isn't there yet. So you can explain all you want but society is still gonna respond and it's all about perspective. It's really frustrating because it's really simple changes that society could do. They just don't seem to do it. Half the reason is capitalism because it makes us selfish and takes up all our time. If this was a community society everyone would have more time. The rest is all these people that refuse to look outside their protective bubbles they create for themselves. If they gotta look at themselves it's not good and they don't care or realize that they'd hurt less people if they did. Some people do understand mental health but even when we do there's not much we can do because of how the rest of society is. These are the kinds of early morning thoughts I tend to wake up to. It makes me upset and stressed right when I wake up and my sleep is restless. I'm sure someone on here can relate. I'm so tired.
